Designed to capture water views from as many vantage points in the house as possible and harness the northern light from the raised skillion roof, we carefully selected robust materials that would withstand the extreme coastal weather and create a sanctuary of light-filled interiors for our home owners.

“Our house is a delight to live in. Nerida has achieved an amazing functional fusion of modern design and materials.
We love the open flow of space throughout the house extending to the front and rear decks. There is a feeling of freedom and connection with the outside. The high ceilings, full glass windows and doors provide for excellent natural lighting, airflow and panoramic views.
